Dr. Christmann drives innovation acceleration at the intersection of politics, public administration, science and business. As former Coordinator for Aerospace at the Federal Government and Start-up Commissioner at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs, she initiated landmark projects including the European Launcher Challenge and Startup Factories.

Sarkis Bisanz has been advising at the intersection of politics, technology and communications for over 15 years. He helps companies, startups and institutions build strategic visibility and accelerate innovation transfer.
As a public affairs expert and political adviser, he served as parliamentary adviser to the Greens/Alliance 90 parliamentary group and as an expert witness in several Bundestag Enquete Commissions (AI, Digital Work). He is founder and CEO of Cosmyc Partners, a strategy and communications consultancy, with an extensive network across startups, VCs, ministries and associations.
Lea Gutsche is studying law at Heidelberg University, with a focus on the legal and political frameworks that enable European innovation.
She contributes to structuring innovation policy topics and strategic communications, and advocates for stronger participation of young people in political processes.
